Welcome to our kitchen training program! We want to help you learn important skills for working in a kitchen. We have two parts to our training. The first part is off-site, where we teach you about using products correctly, operating dishwashing machines, personal hygiene, and safety, including things like washing dishes, food production, and food safety, which takes two hours. We also cover receiving and storing items.
The second part is on-the-job training, where you'll practice using products, running dishwashing machines, and learning about the Decoy System. Each session for these topics lasts one hour. We're here to guide you and make sure you feel confident and capable in the kitchen.
